OMG, the staff WAS super friendly and helpful! I arrived early, and they stored my luggage. The location IS prime. Close to the metro station, I could explore EVERYTHING easily. I REALLY enjoyed the breakfast. It had fresh, organic options!
The air conditioning UNIT in my room was a bit noisy. It made it a LITTLE hard to fall asleep initially. I wish it had been quieter for a more peaceful night.

the location was good. public transport was nearby the premises. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. i also liked that the hotel is environmentally conscious.
the air conditioning was very noisy in our room. hallways were very narrow and cause difficulty with moving around. it was hard for one of our group whom needed to use mobility equipment.
